17 non-productive or indirect- the former being Rs. 26,039, and the latter Rs. 26,108, so
18 ly productive expenditure. that the whole of the non-recovered expenditure, v1z.,
19 Rs. 81,194, has been spent solely on planting, the greater part of which is suc-
20 cessful, and therefore the expenditure 1s reproductive.
