89 NOTE.—The number of pieces loat and used by the department is explained as follows :—
90 OF the 281 logs—260 pine logs were burnt in Independent Sikkim, 3 logs were loat in Boating, 17 Sissoo logs were lost at
91 Godagaree by as sudden rise of the Ganges, and 11 Sal logs wero sawn into planks and scautiings, and have been
92 shown as roceipts at utation depots aol the year.
