10Subject of Notification.

111886 | Amending the preceding Notification | No. 1085-F., dated the 15th June, 1886.—In modification of the

12Notification by the Government of India in the Foreign Depart-

13ment, No. 2136-E. P., dated the 2nd July, 1880, the Governor

14General in Council is pleased to direct that the lst sentence of

15the 4th olause of the Ist paragraph of the said Notification

16should be read as follows :—

17“‘ The Commissioner and Superintendent, for the time being, of the

18Peshawar Division shall exercise the powers of a Gourt of

19Session as described in Act X of 1882(!) within such tract ;”

20and in the last paragraph of the said Notification, in place of the

21words “the said Officer Commanding Her Majesty’s Forces,”

22shall be read “the said Commissioner and Superintendent of

23the Peshawar Division.”
