14 No. 1863-I., dated the 29th March, 1889.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 4
15 and 6 of the Foreign Jurisdiction and Extradition Act, 1879, and of all other powers enabling him
16 in this behalf,‘the Governor General in Council is pleased to notify that a decree of any Court
17 established or continued by the authority of the Governor General in Council in the territories of
18 any Foreign Prince or State which cannot be executed within the jurisdiction of the Court by which
19 it was made may, if sent for execution to any other such Court, be executed by the other Court
20 to the same extent and in the same manner as that Court might execute within the limits of its
21 jurisdiction a decree made by iteelf.

25 continued on Mysore.
26 No. 1364-I., dated the 29th March, 1889.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 4
27 and 6 of the Foreign Jurisdiction and Extradition Act, 1879, and of all other powers enabling him
28 in this behalf, the Governor General in Council is pleased to notify that a decree of any Civil or
29 Revenue Court, situate in the territories of His Highness the Mahfréj4 of Mysore, and not establish-
30 ed or continued by the auth-rity of the Governor General in Council, may, if sent for execution to
31 a Court established or continued by the authority of the Governor General in Council in the terri-
32 tories of any Foreign Prince or State, be executed by that Court to the same extent and in the
33 same manner as that Court might execute within the limits of its jurisdiction a decree made by
34 itself.

42 March, 1889, the Governor General in Council is pleased to notify that, pending further orders, a
43 decree of any of the undermentioned Courts situate in Native States within the political control of
44 the Government of Bombay, and not established or continued by the authority of the Governor
45 General in Council, may, if sent for execution to a Court established or continued by the authority
46 of the Governor General in Council in the territories of any Foreign Prince or State, be executed by
47 the Court to the same extent and in the same manner as that Court might execute within the limits
48 of its jurisdiction a decree made by itself :—
