12 When the Maharajah seized Urnritsir, and reduced
13 it under his power, Goordut Singh and his mother
14 went to Jodh Singh, Ramghureea, and there re¬
15 mained in a state of great poverty.
16 Goojur Singh, after the death of Gqhda Singh,
17 became a great -man and acquired much territory
18 in the Mary a country. On the banks of
19 Chenah, he possessed the city of Goorura and the
20 fort of Islamghur, where the property of Ruhmut
21 Khan and Hushmut Khan fell to his possession ;
22 he also held the villages of Moonawur and Dowlut-
23 nuggur; while his hill territories extended as far as

27 his daughter, named Rajkoonwur, to the son of
